Who am I? My family moved here in 2006 when it was in the big boom of Maricopa. I had moved out here 6 months before that living with my mom, who moved here in 2005. Back than it wasn't so bad with the smell. In about 2007 is when I started to notice the smell had gotten worse plus my kids and I were always sick, seemed it could never just be an oridinary cold. My cabinet looked like a pharmacy with all the anitobotics and breathing treatments.
The reason I started this was for the children, the reason I am fighting this is for the children. We are their parents and we have to stand up for them. They need healthy air to breath in order to grow up and be strong men and women. Something can be done, but it seems that it will take a group of us to do it. Therefore, Helping Our Polluted Environment was formed. People who are concerned and want a change.
